About Diane Kaern
A financial services professional, Diane Kaern has attained success in sales management, financial management, and business administration working for some of the world's largest companies. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated abilities in business areas such as productivity, risk management, cost reduction, and modeling and analysis. Most recently, Diane Kaern served as the Worldwide Sales Compensation Analytics and Reporting Manager for global tech giant Hewlett Packard. In this position, Diane Kaern developed and implemented an innovative reporting process that streamlined and simplified the management of provider agreements for manual claims.
Diane Kaern is a cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she earned a Bachelor's degree, a Master of Education, and an MBA. She began her career as a staff accountant for Tel Plus Communications, a Siemens company. She quickly worked her way into management and eventually rose to the position of Finance Manager of Siemens' Ultrasound Division, which realized more than $775 million in annual revenue during her time there. In this role, she planned and reported the worldwide productivity process and implemented revenue increasing and cost-reducing measurements. She also managed worldwide marketing expenses, designed a worldwide management asset reporting package, and analyzed mergers and acquisitions.
Diane Kaern has received recognition for her achievement in the financial services field, including receiving an Achievement Award from Hewlett Packard. She also earned numerous honors from Siemens, including several Outstanding Achievement Awards and a nomination for the Circle of Excellence. In addition, she won the Siemens Med Cash League Championship along with the team for efforts in managing the company's assets.
A devoted philanthropist, Diane Kaern gives back to the community through her work with homeless outreach programs and the food pantry at her local church. When Diane Kaern is away from the office, she enjoys reading, traveling, and skiing.
